Non prise en compte du statut VIP expédia. À l’inverse certaines zones premium du resort étaient privatisées pour un congrès. Nous étions donc en maillot de bain au bord de la piscine dévisagés par les congressistes en costume. Ambiance peu propice à de vraies vacances.

L'hôtel est magnifique, la piscine et ses canaux sont super agréables, le petit-déj très copieux, varié, et de grande qualité. L'emplacement est fabuleux, dans une petite baie avec jolie plage de sable blanc, quasi privée car peu fréquentée. L'emplacement est top, à 6 mn en scoot de Chaweng et de Fisherman's village. Notre chambre premium était très bien, mais la prochaine fois on essaiera une Boat Suite, 100m² dans une réplique de bateau en bois sur 3 étages! Le personnel hyper aimable, et l'intégration de l'hôtel près de la plage est parfaite, l'immense cour intérieure est comme un parc naturel avec une nature luxuriante. La déco est classe et chic sans tape à l'oeil. Animations sympas (dîner Thaï, soirée barbecue, pool party). Le bar/resto de la plage est très bon, quoique un peu cher. L'upgrade vers "The Level" est intéressant car on accède au ptit déj en rooftop au dessus de la plage, plus collations toute la journée et cocktails canapés le soir. Très sympa. Excursions à Pig Island et Ang Tong national Park très bien, mais un peu chères. Location de scooter bien, prix corrects (12,50€/j). Bref on a passé 10 jours de rêve, pas de critiques sauf quelques détails mineurs, on recommande chaudement. On reviendra pour les Boat Suites

Etablissement de tres grande classe, personnel aux petits soins du matin au soir, tres bien situé. Properete et équipements au top. Recommandé 1000 fois.

Unique hotel with nice facilites and pool. Boat suite had an amazing bathroom but not the most practical room. Unfortunately was let down by the service. Had an issue with our booking which front desk were unhelpful with and couldn't resolve. Lots of other 5 stars on the island that are just as nice and with much better service.

8 nätter på Koh Samui

Detta är inte ett hotell för par utan främst för barnfamiljer. Poolen är inte svalkande utan ljummen och fullproppat av människor. Vår första dag här gick jag ner kl 9 på morgonen till stranden och varenda solstol på stranden var paxad. Ingen semester för mig att behöva ställa klockan varje morgon för att kunna vara på stranden. Vi hyrde moped och åkte till andra stränder/hotell varje dag. Ta ett hotell nära fishermans village dit man ändå vill ta sig varje kväll då det är SÅ mysigt och många restauranger att välja på. Vi utnyttjade inget på hotellet förutom rum + frukost. Fräscha o fina rum samt stor och bra frukostbuffé. Servicen på hotellet är bra.
