อาจจะต้องโทรไปสอบถามกับทางโรงแรมว่าจะได้ห้องตามรูปที่รีวิวไว้ใน Expedia ไหม อย่างกรณีเราจองห้องเตียงเดี่ยวไป แต่กลับได้ห้องเตียงคู่ โดยพรักงานแจ้งว่า ห้องเตียงเดี่ยวเตียง ซึ่งไม่น่าจะจริง เพราะเราเห็นมีแขกเข้าพักอยู่ดี
