Make sure the below 1. Napkins are available in toilet. 2. Health faucet works 3. Water pressure in shower is constant. It also fluctuates between cold to hot whenever water taps are opened by other guests in the series 4. Check in time and checkout is reduced 5. Airconditioning filters are cleaned every week. 5. Room service should pay attention to details. We ordered Chicken tikka it was served without chatni, ordered masala peanuts served without cutlery, ordered chilly chicken served chilly panner. 6. Dirt is seen in many parts of rooms. 7. GST invoices promised to be sent over whatsapp in few hours after checkout are yet not received

Immediate measures will be implemented to ensure these are addressed. Additionally, maintenance has been notified about the fluctuations in water pressure and temperature; this will be investigated and rectified. Rest assured, our maintenance team will adhere to a strict schedule to clean air conditioning filters regularly to ensure optimal performance. Room service has been alerted to the oversights you experienced, and we are reinforcing our protocols to ensure that all orders are delivered with the correct accompaniments and attention to detail as expected. The cleanliness of our rooms is of utmost importance, and we have briefed our housekeeping staff to focus on maintaining our high standards throughout our rooms. Lastly, for the inconvenience with the delayed GST invoice, we have already sent GST invoice on the same day. We appreciate your feedback, which is essential for us to improve and provide a better experience to all our guests.

We were Rs. 10000 for smoking in the room. Then did not inform us in advance about this penalty They held back our bags till we were forced to pay Rs. 10000. If they would have told us verbally about the penalty we wouldn’t have stayed there at all Overall we were totally disappointed with their attitude. I request to ask them to refund our money paid through credit card. Thanks Prashant

Dear PrashantNamaste!Thank you for your feedback about your recent stay with us, with reference to your comments on mentioned charges, please find the below: -We are a non-smoking property (Ecotel) and smoking is not allowed in the rooms and public areas. and we always inform our guests about our policy on arrival/during check-in. It has been clearly informed and made understood about the Non-smoking rooms and you have signed on non-smoking policy during your check-in, but you and your team have violated the policy of the hotels and smoked in the rooms. after the smoke, we can't offer the particular rooms to the other guest (48 hours) due to the smell. Charges are towards the maintenance and recovery of the non-smoking rooms.We always strive to provide the best service to our guests. We look forward to hearing from you and looking forward to welcoming you at Veksaar the Fern, Kolhapur.RegardsRajesh KarkiGeneral Manager
