Avis Aristocrat Hotel

Roaches, rats inside the room and hallways. Bed bugs eating blood at night. Very heavy construction sight with cranes digging at 6 AM to midnight. Human trafficking going on. Front desk taking passport and visa photos on their personal phones and making fun of official documents. No hot water in the bathroom. Safe doesn’t close, refrigerator doesn’t work, internet doesn’t work, lights doesn’t work, no water bottle and no connection to the front desk. Manager did not come to see the dark and scary hallway even after 10 requests. Extremely unsafe and unsanitary hotel situation for a foreigner.
