AC did not work
Posted Jul. 19, 2024 on HotelsThe A/C did not work when I arrived in the room They tried fixing it twice. I woke up in the middle of the night with it very hot in the room and they tried to fix it in the middle of night. They should have gave me a different room. Not a great experience

I chose to stay in this hotel due to its proximity to the Kolkata airport. The hotel is not maintained well. The room has a musty odor. The furniture tops were dirty, and sticky. The bedsheet had oil stains and hair from earlier guest. The bathroom did not have hand towels or wash cloths. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. The property looks very dated due to poor maintenance. I am giving these details as I do not want other guests plan to have a restful sleep prior to a flight like I did. Wish I had read the earlier reviews and not stayed here.
