Terrible hotel

We were supposed to stay for 15 days and pre-the the entire amount. The moment we arrived from a long international flight, we realized what a horrible place this is. We checked out the next morning and went to another hotel. The hotel misrepresented the condition on their website. We wouldn't stay in this hotel even if we were paid. We forfeited the entire payment because we didn't cancel 24 hours before check-in. How can one judge the condition of the hotel without being physically present? We were mislead by the description on their website and on third party sites like Hotel.com.

As the booking was based on certain Hotel policies which was followed by you at your booking time, the same been executed by us & Hotels.Com. Secondly, I came to know from our staff that you checked out due to the Hotel area which is far from your required place and you checked out for the same. Very bad experience ever, had to leave at midnight

Very bad experience ever. The rooms are not cleaned. People are not good. The most unpleasant things happened when the people from the Bar are occupying all the hotel premises and behaving very bad to others. Not safe for the family at all. Please don't consider it if you really care about your family and friend. I had to leave at midnight (I checked in around 10 pm and had to check out at 12:30 Am). Poor

We are very much concern about your feedback related to the safety of the property as this is the first time when we got this review in past many years. As because of Deepabali on that day, many guest came to our Restaurant Cum Bar to celebrate the same which you may not like. As our Restaurant Cum Bar is very popular in the are, we expect a good no of guests in our BAR and for the same we always kept 24hrs 2 security guard along with CCTV coverage in every place.
