Long time for response. Dont supply water. Do Not have facility to regular room cleanings. Lift is off all over the day and night.

Well located badly kept but we'll behaved employee
Posted Jun. 30, 2019 on HotelsDirty is the word that describes, room conditions. Floor and bathroom need renovation badly. Bed is nothing like comfortable. Hard foam bed from seventies or eighties may be nineties but has lived it's life. Hotel staff is good though, also location. This hotel need renovation badly.

Great Experience
Posted Feb. 14, 2019 on HotelsSudip and Suchita( sorry If I forgot the name) were really good and after initial issue with room, Sudip stepped in and sorted the problem. He showed professionalism and made our stay for next 3 days exteremely good and enjoyable. Front staff were polite and accommodative and took care of us.

Excellent location, reasonable breakfast selection, excellent room service. However, decor of bedroom was lack lustre and dated, nothing like in the website pictures and the breakfast room a dingy blue windowless room at the back full of worn chunky old chairs. Having said that it was a reasonably comfortable stay after we had the old grey bed linen changed to (near) white!
