The location is very convenient in the new town, acess is very easy from airport, no traffic jams. The breakfast buffet has wide spread and quality was good, the overall cleanliness and service was good and satisfactory. Suggestion 1. Shaving razor kept in room,quality is little poor shall be improved. 2. Please keep one sleeper in room for guest use. 3. The tables in restaurant areas are little small to accomodate 4 person for food. Overall it was a pleasent and good stay experience at economical cost

Cleanliness was not there. Very small bathroom. Also restaurant service and food quality is not good. Not value for money at all.

Change your system in kolkata

I have seen there is difference between your Bangalore property and kolkata, in terms of Service, Food and behaviour and even Pricing too ( its too high in kolkata)
