We booked deluxe rooms, on entry the reception area was dark, no proper lighting and looked like we walked into haunted place. On entry to room, all I can smell was cigarettes smoke, room was unkempt, the walls were filthy, peeling of wallpapers or paint, stained chairs, flickering light in the toilet, chipped cups etc.. List gets bigger and bigger, I don't want to waste any further time with a review for this hotel anymore. There is nothing positive to talk about this place. Less staff and not maintained at all. Will never ever come back to this place again. As our stay was nightmare, we didn't move into different place as we were staying only one night and we were out all day. So, to avoid further stress into out travel, we just went to this place to sleep & left.

Simply Amazing Value & Great Quality
Publié le 24 janv. 2020 sur HotelsWonderful hotel right on the lake. Very easy check-in and friendly staff who went out of their way to assist throughout our short stay. Very clean rooms and superb quality - fantastic value - an absolute bargain for the price.
The infinity pool is amazing - only minor issue is that there are only two sunbeds.
There was a complementary boat ride on the lake that we only found out about at check-in which was fantastic.

Nice place with odd service
Publié le 4 avr. 2018 sur HotelsOverall a good hotel, nice facilities, good rooms and a great location by the lake. Food was also good. I found it noisy at night though with the noise of clattering dishes from the kitchen, banging doors and chatting staff echoing through the empty tiled corridors - I was woken up twice by staff shouting orders in the corridor at night/early morning. We only saw two other guests but many staff work here so it was rather odd being watched for every move by two or three people waiting to clear a plate or prepare a bill. Reception staff were really timid and barely communicated. Those who checked us out barely said a word and just looked down when we said thank you and left. No acknowledgement we were leaving or offer to help with bags. Very odd service and staff are clearly not trained how to interact with guests

I would really like it if you treated this as an isolated instance as it is not normally like this, I do hope to see you back sometime so that we can change the way you feel

The hotel and staff were amazing, nothing too much trouble, early and late check in, thoroughly recommended!

インド人の考え方がわかった
Publié le 27 févr. 2017 sur Hotelsここのホテルに限らず日本人とインド人の考え方の違いを十分に感じた。宿泊初日トイレの大小両方のフラッシュがきかず、なおしてもらったがなお小便のフラッシュはなおらない。また便所の排気ファンの音が異常に大きく、油を注せばなおる状態なので翌日、ぼくが観光中に直しておいてと頼んだがどちらも直さなかった。宿泊マネージャーに言うと「支障がないならいいじゃないか」という返事。たとえばインド各地で照明器具が壊れたら撤去して電線をテーピングしておくだけの対応と同じだ。これも他に照明器具があるから支障ないということだろう。
ホテルのバーでつまみにイカフライを頼んだが出てきたのはイカのソテーであり、作り直せと要求したがトマトを混ぜてソテーし直しただけだった。キッチンまで実物を持ってスーシェフを呼び出し「これがイカフライか」と問いただすと間違いでしたと認めた。翌日、もう1度イカフライを注文するとスーシェフじきじきに作ったという間違いないイカフライが出た。メインデッシュでもないつまみ1つ指摘しないと直さない。4つ星ホテルとしては疑問を感じる。
プールには普通デッキチェアがあるがここには、普通のいすが4つあるだけで2組の夫婦が使用していて、いすもなく不便であった。

Peaceful hotel by the river
Publié le 17 nov. 2015 sur ExpediaWe had a lovely holiday at the Allseason hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food varied every day and was very good. the room was comfortable with an amazing view. The gym and the pool were quite small but very clean and easy to use.

Stunning view of the lake from third floor.
Publié le 17 août 2015 sur HotelsThe seater/couch in the room had stains. The shower handles pulled out easily. Breakfast had nothing special in regard to taste and choice. Manager at the hotel needs to look into details to make this hotel a better place.
