Vue sur l océan époustouflante

Vue à couper le souffle depuis la chbre et le salon. Piscine très belle . Tres calme.

Beautiful property that was very clean. A few upgrades for the interior including the bathrooms need to be done. I am sure that they will.

Worst and most disrespectful experience ever
Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HotelsIt was the worst experience I've ever had for a family vacation. The room next to mine was undergoing renovations. So we couldn’t stay in the room during the day because of drilling, sawing, etc. Then they erected scaffolding next to the master bedroom’s window to work on the neighboring window. The workers could see directly into a large mirror that faced the bed. So we didn’t have privacy for several days. It was awful.

This is a very special place to stay overlooking a magnificent rocky coastline with huge waves splashing upward right in front of Poipu Shores. Just lovely.

We had an incredible stay at Poipu Shores. The view from the lanai was incredible and we could not stop watching the sea turtles in the ocean. It was great having an additional beautiful view from the bedroom and sleeping to the sounds of the ocean each night. The pool was great and we were a quick walk to Poipu beach. The kitchen was fully equipped. I would absolutely stay here again. Mahalo for the memories!

We were family of 6, all adults. Very nice view of the ocean. Really enjoyed watching the sea turtles. Easy walk to the beach. And easy drive to shopping and restaurants.
Condo 103 C was spacious enough for all of us. Kitchen small but functional. Enough dishes, appliances worked well. It would be nice if we had a little bit of cleaning supplies specifically for the glass dinning table as gets finger prints on it very easily.

Aloha Audrey,We sincerely regret that your experience was less than ideal. We value guest feedback and work to ensure that similar issues do not occur in the future. As these units are individually owned, décor is at the owner's discretion. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to your party, especially given the medical conditions, and for not being able to move you to another unit.Unfortunately, we do not have portable ACs as they are not allowed per HOA rules. Additionally, we were fully booked during your stay dates, so we were unable to move you to another unit. We manage 12 of the 39 units on the property, and most do not have AC. For future reference, when booking on Expedia, you can find information about the property's cooling options under property amenities.For your three-night stay, we refunded two nights due to the last-minute cancellation caused by the AC issue, which we don’t advertise. We felt this was fair. Customer service is very important to our staff, and we strive to ensure a comfortable stay. Our staff did what they could to assist with cooling options, and if we had an available unit with AC, we would have offered it.Again, we apologize for your experience with us and hope you enjoyed the island of Kaua'i.Mahalo.
