Beautiful home! Quiet neighborhood. A few minor door issues. Other than the Hawaiian heiau right behind the home, really enjoyed our stay with the ohana.

Wonderful home with plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed the pool, beach chairs, location, and views. Could have used air conditioning in 2 of the bedrooms. Wonderful time with our family.

The house was very nice. According to listing, we thought all bedrooms were air conditioned but only 2 bedrooms were. Otherwise, we were very happy with the accommodations. Nice quiet neighborhood.

The house is located in a great location, about 5 minutes drive to Poipu Beach! Great space, plenty of room and very basic. I am not given it 5 stars because the pool was in the description as heated, and 10 days before our arrival I was notified that the heater no longer worked. We were greatly disappointed, as this is one of the main reasons I selected this property. The water in the pool was uncomfortably cold that even the kids (they love water) could not enjoy it or even want to get in. Rather disappointing since it would have been a great way to unwind after our long day of exploring outside the house. Though this may not seem like a huge deal to others we did actually cancel a prior reservation at another house and paid more just for the pool. To be notified after the fact when we could not make other arrangements was unfortunate and the response was just a "sorry for the inconvenience". There were other hiccups during the duration of our stay and the host did communicate accordingly which was appreciated though I believe matters could have been handled better. I understand this is a new rental and things happen. There are lots of kinks to work. I would hope that with our communication throughout our stay helps make this an even better property for future families.
