I'm glad to know you found the location and facilities excellent. I'm sorry you experienced a hot spell in Hawaii. I do think a 3 star review is a bit harsh. Your comment that "AC/fan means NO AC "suggests deception on my part. I'm very transparent in what the condo does and does not provide. Never have I claimed or suggested that the condo has AC. Your other comment regarding the quality of the 4 floor fans that are provided suggests an extreme frugality on my part. These fans were the top sellers at the Lihue Costco. Perhaps you don't find the quality of Costco good up to your standards but it has worked for me for decades. If you would have let me know that you wanted a better fan, we would have gladly provided one for you. I do hope that despite the heat you were able to enjoy the beautiful Island of Kauai and that you will come back to the island for another visit.

Very pleasant and accommodating host and their representative both for an early check-in and late checkout. Additionally a small issue we commanicated was immediately addressed. The apartment was super clean when we arrived. It was easy to figure out the lockbox to enter. We saw a well stocked kitchen from condiments to kitchenware and utensils. There's a newer spacious fridge, and washer dryer, all of which were very useful for our family of four. The apartment has a nice view to the beautiful ocean from the Lanai (balcony). Although there was no air conditioning as stated in the description, the cross airflow from the kitchen window, the bedrooms and if opened, the main door provided ample cooling to be comfortable. The night sky was beautiful to see from the Lanai and the grounds with clear view of the stars, and is ideal for astro photography buffs. If we were to come back again we would certainly choose this property and host again. Highly recommended.
