Great Condo With a Great View!
Publié le 22 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved our stay here! We loved sitting on the balcony looking at the beautiful ocean and seeing sea turtles! We also really appreciated the beach chairs and towels! Condo was in great condition!

Glad your stay went well. We also enjoy seeing the turtles and of course the wonderful ocean. Yes, the Condo is fully equipped for snacking, cooking, and with beach accessories. Keeping the Condo is great conditions is always a priority.

Oceanfront condo

In a comfortable condo cooled by trade winds or air conditioning, what a special 40th anniversary celebration. With snorkeling just steps away, green sea turtles swimming below your lanai, beautiful sunrises & sunsets from your condo, you had fun adding beautiful pictures to your photography hobby. You were a pleasure to help & have as Guests.

Best location for snorkeling

Nancy was very helpful and even called us right after booking this beautiful condo.
Everything you need to cook and walked directly to the best snorkeling area. Sitting on the balcony we watched sea turtles daily.
Overall it was a fabulous trip!!

Mahalo for the kind review. Communication with guests is a high priority for me. Watching the ocean, sea turtles, and sunrises on the balcony is fantastic. The kitchen is well stocked like a home. Glad you had a "fabulous" trip!

Wonderful condo
Publié le 23 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location was great - right next to the Beach House restaurant and Lawai Beach- our favorite spot to snorkel. We enjoyed seeing the sunrise in the morning and joining the other folks on the lawn for sunset. The beach chairs and cooler were great. The condo had everything we needed. The bed was a bit soft but we slept fine. The breeze from the windows was lovely but having AC was nice at night. Would definitely stay again

Having everything in the Condo our Guests need for a spectacular time in Paradise is a priority. After a day of beach fun, it's great the new 7-month old Cal-King bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. Those sunrises over the ocean from your lanai are always spectacular. Romantic sunsets from the front of your Condo or just steps away on the beach are a special way to end your day in Paradise. We look forward to having you as Guests again in the future.

Anniversary in Kauai

Bed was very comfortable and recliner chairs were great for watching movies on the TV. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning for breakfast and in the evening watching the parrots fly in to roost in the palm trees. And communication with Nancy was so easy. Her hospitality made our anniversary trip wonderful.

Happy you had a wonderful anniversary. The Condo is outfitted more like a home than just a place to stay. Watching TV in the recliners and looking at the ocean is also we love to do. The balcony is great for experiencing a Kauai sunrise along with breakfast. Hope to see you back soon.

Everyone always has a great time. We also enjoy it 3-4 months a year when we stay in beautiful Kauai. Helping is what we do.

Wonderful ocean view condo
Publié le 11 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe condo was supplied with everything we needed to enjoy our Kauai vacation. Loved the beautiful ocean view. We had no issues whatsoever with the condo. The beach chairs were nice to have. Plenty of dresser storage and lots of hangers provided for our clothes. Location was great. Host contacted us shortly after booking and provided us with information and advice/recommendations for things to do. Very helpful.

A new Cal King bed, full-size closet & drawer space, fully-equipped kitchen with all full-size appliances, recliners for both of you, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, cooler & luxurious beach towels were just a few of the things that helped your vacation-birthday-celebration to be fantastic. Providing everything our Guests need for a comfortable time in Paradise is our priority. Having you as Guests again in the future would be a pleasure.

Peaceful Paradise
Publié le 24 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our quiet, relaxing stay in Poipu/Koloa. Everything here was in good working order and we had no issues that necessitated contacting the owners.
In our opinion this is not an ocean front property but more so an ocean view. The view was still very pretty overlooking a small bay and also had nice mountain views. In our opinion "ocean front" would mean just that, facing the ocean.
Getting your laundry done can be a challenge as you're competing with more than a dozen units for one washer and dryer per floor. There's just no way to police that (patrons leaving their laundry in the machines well after a load is done). This may have been an oversight on our part as we would not have rented without laundry in the unit itself. Lastly, WiFi drops were an inconvenience, simply needing a reboot to catch the signal so not a major issue.
With all of that said we still rate the unit 5 Stars as the location is wonderful, in a quiet community with everything one would need nearby. If this unit had laundry internally and not a community laundry we would definitely look to rent again (we stayed a month).

Fantastic you had a 5-Star stay. Yes, the Condo is peaceful & well equipped. The view is spectacular. You can see the ocean, bay, & the mountains all while relaxing on the Lanai. Sunrises take your breath away. Laundry is just down the hallway & doesn't impact the Condo. If the laundry was in the unit, a large amount of unwanted heat would result in an uncomfortable living situation. It was nice you felt at ease to call us to chat, answer questions, allowing us to respond promptly to your needs. Again, glad you had a 5-star vacation.
