Welcome to Kauaʻi's sunny Poʻipū. Enjoy a cozy comfortable stay in our superbly situated ground floor quiet, private end unit. This studio opens onto an east facing lanai with gentle trade winds overlooking the historical Prince Kuhio Park. Enjoy a slice of the beautiful pacific ocean 100 yards away. Comfortable breezes from tropical trade winds cool the unit but air conditioning is also an option. Prince Kuhio Condominiums are perfectly located to relax on the south side or easily venture off to other parts of the island.
Lāwaʻi beach is a small sandy beach across the street with fantastic snorkeling. There are three surf breaks off shore which are fun to watch or enjoyed by the experienced surfer. The sunrises and sunsets are fantastic.

Cozy space close to the beach and activities
Beautifully decorated and inviting for such a small space. It is well stocked with everything you need. We loved staring out our day on the patio with a beautiful sunrise. and coffee. Highly recommend.

Fantastic rental in a great location
My wife and I booked this property as home base during our honeymoon in Kauai. The location is incredible and property was perfect. It is a small studio with 1 bath and a lanai. I could see it being small for a family of 4 but it was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean, WiFi was accessible and there were clean towels. The rental also included beach chairs, beach umbrella and 2 coolers. These little extras made our trip so much more convenient. The parking in the lot is a little tight; however, there is a parking garage with an entire floor dedicated to the condo. It was perfect. Shaunna & Duke are great to work with and the booking and check in were a breeze. There is a pool to use, beautiful landscaping and a convenient location to dispose of any trash. We cannot say enough positives about our experience. If we ever make our way back to Kauai, we will certainly look to book here again.

This clean and comfortable studio is perfectly located for exploring the south shore. It had all of the basic necessities needed for a great stay. The studio and property were well maintained and attractive and the parking was easy and plentiful. We would happily stay here again.

Perfection!
We absolutely loved this place. Great location, nice private end unit, cute decor, comfortable bed, gardens and pool are gorgeous! Beach across the street and lots of shops, restaurants and beaches a short drive away. If I had to criticize anything, the A/C unit is a bit loud so it may bother you if you're a light sleeper. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. There were lots of things to do right around the condo and this area is beautiful. The condo itself was cute, clean and just what we needed to enjoy our experience in beautiful Kaua’i. This was one of our favorite vacations ever!
