Just Like the Pictures

Enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen, even though we had carry out for the most part. Nice proximity to local beaches in southern Kauai, as well as good location of the condo itself within the complex (near the tennis/pickleball courts and pool). Could walk to nearby restaurants and coffee shops if desired and many within a short drive. Only caveat is that AC is a floor standing model and only located in the bedroom, none it the rest of the condo. Apparently the majority of condos built in this era had no central AC. Just something to be aware of as it can get a bit muggy given the climate.

Paradise

A very nice condo with a view of the ocean. It is well equipped with kitchen appliances. It is in a great location, close to restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. I would stay there again.

Amazing View

We have stayed in many condos in Kahala, Poipu Kai, and this one had the best view of the ocean. Sunsets were beautiful and a short walking distance to the beach, two restaurants and the Grand Hyatt made for a spectacular location.

Nice stay…

Shower could be better cleaned or perhaps renovated so it could be better cleaned. Great view and location. Contact person most helpful. Umbrella on lanai would be great so it could be used more often.

Maintenance issues

All elements of the property were great, except the ceiling fan motor is going out and is very noisy. The property manager was contacted and quickly ascertained the maintenance guy would be there first thing the next morning. At noon, I asked when he would show up and he did 15 minutes later. He agreed the noise was valid and stated he would work to get a new ceiling fan from Home Depot and try to get it installed that afternoon. The next morning we had not heard from him as he stated he would keep us informed. In the end, that information was not communicated to the property manager and no ceiling fan was installed.

Good Location, Nice Property

This property was very comfortable, in a very good location. We could see the ocean in the distance and could definitely hear it. The entire complex was very quiet and relaxing. The reason I gave it a 4 is because it is looking a little worn. While it was clean enough, the place really needs a deep cleaning., which is not unusual in units that are not new.

Spacious condo, well equipped with all you need to watch sunsets on the lanai or walk down to the beach. Property is well maintained and the location is ideal in Poipu!
