The hotel was lovely, amazing views and in a perfect position for walking everywhere in Cavtat. The rooftop pool was small but with a view to die for. Reserving sunbeds wasnt a problem and didnt bother us but the pool was freezing and would be so much more useable if
heated!
We decided to eat at the hotel outdoor
restaurant on our first night, again with amazing views, sadly it didnt meet
expectations. My husbands meal
(pork) was so overcooked it was inedible. To be fair they didnt charge us for it,such a shame as it had so much potential.A big let down for us was the lack of an indoor lounge/ bar area,especially for the afternoons/eve when the weather was wet/chilly. It would have been so nice for guests to have an indoor option to sit & read, relax, chat over a y.
A major issue for us was there was no indoor lounge/bar area. Some afternoons/ evenings the weather was wet or chilly and the hotel provides nowhere inside to sit and read or enjoy a few drinks/coffee. There stacked them on the only 2 small sofa's in the hotel entrance preventing anyone using them so the only option was to sit by yourself in your room with no room service or coffee as you were only given 2 sachets daily.

Hotel Cavtat is a very modern stylish hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel is in a central position and all the restaurants and bars are within walking distance.
Cavtat has an attractive harbour and much quieter than Dubrovnik
The pool is small and sun beds have to be reserved at reception.

Very nice stay near the heart of Cavtat and on the water. Convenient to everything. Small room, but this is Europe.

Loved this hotel.
It was spotless and the staff were just lovely. Our room had a fabulous (partial) sea view and was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom again was spacious and the walk in shower just perfect.
Breakfast choices were plentiful and that view from the restaurant, wow!
The location was also perfect.
The only niggle, was the temperature of the mini fridge, it wasn't cold. And I would have liked to have had complimentary water in the room.

Modern hotel in great location
Posted Sep. 12, 2024 on HotelsLovely hotel right on seafront, with fab views from balcony. Room was beautiful with large comfy bed and very modern. Only stayed one night so didn’t use pool, but was told very cold, and it is very small, also friend said had to pay for a sun bed and then got credit note which had to be used at pool bar. I was surprised about this as never stayed at hotel where you have to pay for a sun bed, so be aware if staying for any length of time as this could add quite a sum to your stay.

Pool closed,
Alarms all day going off in the hallways,
spa no appointments,
bagged cold breakfast I would not feed to a dog
Way over priced for above experience!
The hotel needs to compensate us for the horrible experience; especially, with alarms going off all day into early evening keeping us from sleeping.

We understand how frustrating this must have been but not wanting to diminish you experience in any way we would like to add that during your stay the town of Cavtat has experienced a severe thunder storm and whole area had electrical issues and our emergency alarm was going on most of the afternoon. Every time it goes on, according to procedure we need to check what is going on, we can’t simply mute the volume, we need to confirm that everything is in order and only than the alarm goes off. Since the weather was not nice our spa did not have the capacity to accommodate all requests. If “bagged” breakfast you are referring to breakfast box due to early departure before 6am, we are deeply sorry you did not like to content of it. Thank you one more time for staying with us and providing us with your valuable feedback. Hotel Management

I was going back and forth debating about this hotel when I had read previous reviews that this hotel is actually fantastic. I couldn’t agree more! If you like boutique style hotels, this one is for you. Very modern, quiet and extremely comfortable accommodations. It was a shame that we only stayed in Cavtat for one night because the hotel is situated in an area with lots of restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I would definitely come back and stay here again.
