Problème d'hygiène et de maintenance

Les repas du restaurant sont bons, le cadre est bien mais la propreté général de l'hôtel est mauvaise. J'ai du demander à ce que l'on me change les draps et oreillers car tachés. Des cheveux long dans la douche alors que j'ai les cheveux ras. Bref, très mauvais service de nettoyage.

Extremely Disappointed with Raviz Kadavu's Service

My recent stay at Raviz Kadavu was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite providing early notification to cancel a room, I faced non-cooperative behavior from the staff. Their refusal to accommodate a cancellation request, despite prior notice, speaks volumes about their lack of customer service. The delay in food service added to the frustration. Waiting endlessly for meals is unacceptable, especially when one is on a tight schedule or simply hungry after a long day. This negligence in service reflects poorly on the establishment's management and their commitment to customer satisfaction. To exacerbate matters, the mishandling of lost belongings, particularly books, is utterly disappointing. Not only was there a failure to respond promptly, but the lack of accountability demonstrates a disregard for guests' belongings and their overall experience. Overall, my experience at Raviz Kadavu was marred by pathetic service, uncooperative policies, delayed food service, and unresolved issues with lost belongings. I would strongly advise against considering this establishment for any future stays, as they have failed to meet even the most basic expectations of hospitality.

Stayed one night before flying out from nearby airport! 20 minutes drive to airport; very comfortable room and excellent facilities, great value for money; dinner buffet was good!

The property is really beautiful at a beautiful location on river side. Standard room was neat and clean Staff very humble.Breakfast was good and affordable even through we didn’t have breakfast inclusive room. As it was our anniversary, they made it extra special by simple decorations in our room and a small cake. Pool area was nice too. Spa for me was too expensive so didn’t use. There were no welcome drinks . Check in check out very easy. Boat is too expensive, they should provide a reasonable option. Overall enjoyed my stay.would definitely come back.
