Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and well laid out. Breakfast was great, coffee great! Just wish coffee was available before 8:00AM.
There was an odor in the hallway that resembled sewage gas possibly, but not in the room. Parking wasn’t convenient. Had to park at a location about 50 meters from the hotel.. Couldn’t control AC at all, and it was warm inside for several hours. Towel rack was mounted too high for a person of short stature. Shower head mount was broken, so needed to use overhead, and the control knob for the overhead was difficult to rotate. Room advertised as smoke free, but a light smell of smoke was evident.
Howe ever, the owners and staff were very nice people, and that counted a lot.

Good evening from Konitsa and the hotel.First of all, thank you very much for your trust and your review.But we will try to give you some answers to the issues you raised.1st: Our hotel has 2 parking spaces. One right outside our hotel, with a capacity of 5 cars and a larger one 30 meters away from the main building with a capacity of 15 cars. Due to increased traffic in recent times, you have found parking in the hotel's large parking lot, but we believe that this does not create any particular problem.2nd: The air conditioner in your rooms only works when the window of your room is closed and this for energy saving reasons. You probably couldn't control your air conditioner because you had your window open. Unfortunately you did not inform reception that you had this problem which could be solved in one go.3rd: The shower bracket was actually broken by our previous customer and unfortunately we didn't get around to replacing it, and we apologize for that.4th: In all areas of the hotel you do not allow smoking, of course due to the local legislation on the prohibition of smoking. However, we cannot control what each customer does inside their room.In closing, we wish you a good rest of the summer and may you always be well. We hope your holidays in our country Greece will be unforgettable.We send you our warmest greetings.Sincerely,

Beautiful Hotel with homely interior. Nice breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Had a wonderful time there while exploring the magnificent region
