Poor welcome and bad attitude. Never again
Publié le 13 févr. 2020 sur HotelsI call from the airport to get the shuttle. No english speaking on the phone asking to wait: 2 time 5 minutes no response. I took a cab. Very poor and cold welcome at the front desk focussing on payment. Room not properly set. No cup glas for teeth cleaning, no coffee, nothing in the bathroom. Went to the bar to have drink. Again cold welcome and wait 10-15 minute to get someone. Very bad experience far from the 5 star and the 9. We don’t have the same perception of excellence. Never again
