Fantastic view and great value

In the booking confirmation from Expedia it states there is a number to contact the guesthouse on, at least 24 hours before arrival. We contacted the property 2 days before, and arranged a time for arrival. Unfortunately on arrival at Koprivshtitsa, we were unable to find it as there didn't appear to be street names except for the main roads. I contacted the number again and was texted an address (40 pop bogomil - which was different from the one given by Expedia). We asked for more information through text, whether the guesthouse was near a landmark, but received nothing, so accosted a local who didn't recognise the street names and phoned the number for us. She managed to get someone to come and collect us. The property is up a hill, near the monument to Georgi Benkovski. There was no way we would have found it alone!! We got the top floor of a house, with an amazing view from the balcony and an entire apartment with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen area. It looked really new and clean. As we had arrived pretty late, we went to town to look at the sights and didn't have a lot of time to enjoy the apartment. It was great value for money (we paid 24 euros) and I would recommend this property, but make sure adequate arrangements are made for meet and greet. Since returning home, I noticed I received an email on the day asking about arrival though we'd phoned 2 days ago to confirm this. Would have been helpful if Expedia had provided this email address as a contact upon booking.
