Bien mais trop bruyant
Publié le 4 févr. 2019 sur HotelsBeaucoup de bruit avec le système de conditionnement d air et de pompes qui commence après 22h00 et qui est incessant pratiquement toute la nuit. Dommage car les chambres sur piscine sont grandes et lits confortables. Le restaurant bar de l hôtel et son personnel est très sympa. En revanche beaucoup d imcompréhension avec celui de la réception pour réservation etc. A améliorer.

Liking the food very much & service very helpful.
Unique hospitality and leniency shared from workers allowing him to stay extra few hours with out charge before heading to airport.
Dislike not seeing the pool view as booking room is in the corner, very short time to sight see the place.
Place is beautiful!

Looks can be deceiving. Out in front was a kareokee party ar the Canoe House (which is attached). Once you walk into the hotel that you go loud vibe fades. The hotel has beautiful wood work and firstly class n service My husband was in the ER and they immediately checked me into my room, helped me deliver the bags and asked how they could help. Whether you have needs or not they are always asking how they can help. They have a shared car service for free. Meaning they will drive you anywhere around the island an in a van or car free. The morning breakfast is free and can also be turned into room service for a small amount. Same with the famous Canoe House and their food can also Ben room services for a small fee. Now we did meet another couple on the island who rented a car and said the parking here wasn’t so bad they left. I don’t know aa i only used the car service. He was so nice when i needed to ho get a prescription he dropped me at the hospital and waited with me. Great hotel and would stay again!

This hotel was super central in Koror and easily walkable to many dining options. Hotel breakfast was good and service was excellent. We found the staff to be super helpful with our questions and miscellaneous requests. Would happily stay here again

We stayed here for three nights before a 12-day dive trip, and again for one day prior to our flight out to Guam. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, they took such great care of us. The room was spotless, beds super comfortable…breakfast daily served downstairs. The adjoining Canoe House resto/bar was a great spot to have a drink and a bite. The staff here is lovely. They helped us with dinner reservations, transportations, and even car rental for a day. The location is perfect for getting out in Korror, and it’s still very quiet. Loved the view from our room of the pool and the island greenery. Really, this place is a gem in the heart of Korror, and we cannot recommend it enough. Hopefully, one day we’ll be back to Palau, and we’ll definitely stay here again! Sulang!
