Incredible Service!
Publié le 18 juin 2024 sur HotelsI have been fortunate to travel to many countries and this experience was one of a kind. Importantly, the property itself is fine. It’s a bit dated and, as others have mentioned, about a mile out of the main strip in Koror. If you are an older traveler and hadn’t rented a car, this would be a limiting and probably disqualifying factor.
That said, the service that Leo and his staff provided was absolutely top notch. Visiting Palau is not always straightforward. It isn’t as easy to book a tour, a car, etc as it is elsewhere. Leo helped with securing a car, offering suggestions on what to do and where to go, etc. That alone was invaluable to me!
The staff provides a hot breakfast every morning around your schedule and is in the process of adding a restaurant later this year. If you don’t want to pay twice the money to stay downtown, this lovely place is definitely worth it!

Great stay in Palau at Shell Villa

ホテルのスタッフは、信じられないくらい親切でした。
街中から少し距離がありますが、ホテルのスタッフが街まで送迎をしてくれるため、不便さは感じませんでした。
朝食も美味しく、大満足です。

The rooms were wonderful. Great beds, gorgeous baths, and comfortable common areas. The main building with the restaurant and bar is still in the process of being refurbished from the Hurricane in 2021 but the staff adapted and delivers breakfast to the individual cabins. The WiFi was great but the cable TV is still under repair.

Publié le 20 nov. 2017 sur ExpediaStayed at Shell Villa for a week in NOV 2017. Appreciated having a kitchen, however, no microwave and the living/kitchen is shared with two other rooms. Three units in one villa! Be aware there may be other guests in your shared space. Nice sitting garden area outside the front door. The AC is turned off when your gone so the unit is always hot when you return. I think it uses more power to cool down the rooms upon return then to simply crank up the temp a bit to use less power. But the great staff made up for inconveniences. A huge thank you to Ms. Rose, Ms. Nelda, Ms. Jeralyn and security guard, Mr. Steve and others that go beyond to ensure your stay is a good one.
