Facilities and condition of the room was appropriate for the price point. A little dated, but we’ll located and quiet. Friendly service, adequate onsite parking. Comfortable bed. Only downside was lack of wi-fi in the room, which was needed due to poor phone coverage in the area. Wi-fi was available in the restaurant.

Pros: Quiet, clean, peaceful resort. Well maintained if a bit dated. Pleasant gardens and lovely view of the shallow lagoon. Cosmopolitan restaurant good value. Helpful responsive staff ($20 to do a load of laundry and organise taxi and late check out). Lots of bars and restaurants a short walk. Spa closed but we used the masseurs on the beach
Cons: Quite hilly area with lots of steps. Long commute to and from the sights (which may be a positive if you want to stay only in the Sunset strip area which is not really suitable for swimming). We’d go back

A very excellent customer service all the staff were very pleasant and attended to our request great team work recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful blissful place to stay hats off to the all the staff anazing group of people
