Proximité de la Natchz Trace Parkway donc une étape très pratique. Piscine de bonne taille et sympathique grâce aux couleurs un peu sud. Chambre assez spacieuse. Très pratique pour les bagages quand on peut avoir la voiture devant la chambre.

No Ice

The refrigerator didn't work so we had to switch rooms the ice machine didn't work The pool was padlocked The continental breakfast consisted of Sunny d and some mini muffins and there was only like four there and every time you ask an employee they would say oh yeah maintenance is supposed to be working on that

HI Diana I did work with you by moving you to another room. The fridge was operational it was just unplugged a human error made by housekeeping. Im sorry that I wasn't able to fix the ice machine. Im not very useful in that department but you will be happy to know it is now working. We hope to see you again soon.

My first room bed sheets was wet with pee second had toilet issue

HI Veronica. I was the clerk here who checked you in and I went to the room after to check and there was no pee or wetness to the bed. When I moved you to another room you never said anything about the toilet but I will look into it for future guests. Thanks for your review and we hope to see you again soon.

The Maneger was rude roaches was in the room and the room had no air

I'm sorry you think anyone was rude but the truth is you made your reservation online a few minutes before you walked in the door and made that reservation for two people so the price was only 45. When you arrived you had four people and the manager told you there would be an upcharge for the other two people. That is when you decided you didn't want the room. The a/c does work but it does take about 10 minutes to start cooling the room. We make it a regular practice to turn on the a/c for existing guests and reservations but your arrival minutes after making the reservation did not make that possible. We also checked the room for roaches and there were none in the room.

sorry look like we miss your comment! we sorry for your stayed was not comfortable, i think you were not happy with the beds! it's just 4 yrs. old but we will keep it mind to put in our list for replacement but it will be i think 2026. sorry
