I booked a room that was already paid for. I stay 3 hrs away I was just visiting home for the holiday. When I got there I was told they had no rooms and couldn’t give me another one. But when I return to the hotel to ask a question I witness the staff selling a customer a room.

I sincerely apologize that you feel inconvenienced in any way. Yes, you did witness staff selling room to different guest. The room being sold was the specific room you did not want to check in due to it being a different type of room other than what you thought had been reserved. There was an issue with the third party booking company that allowed a substitute room to be applied in case original room was not available. Due to us being sold out on Labor Day weekend, there was no other rooms available to be sold other than room reserved by you. Since you did not want room, it was then sold to another guest who had no concerns. Refund was given as requested and we apologize we could not meet all request.

Area is fine. Staying in my room. Door/ frame is weak couldn’t lock properly. I had put some stuff I. Front of the door to somehow keep it l close since it didn’t locked. Shower head was barely spraying. I cut my toe on piece of glass as I walk around the room

I liked that the property appeared well taken care of and clean. The towels were fresh which was nice too. Traveling as a single person, I didn’t like that the room assigned to me was towards the back where I had to walk up stairs that were hidden and around the corner. This was baffling as it was obvious there were several vacancies.

The most horrible experience of my life staying at this Super 8 Never again will I stay at this place. The room was NOT clean and there was older smell as well….complaint to the front desk multiple times thru out my stay. NOT A PLACE TO STAY AT ALL….
