The hotel is undergoing major renovations (installing new lifts and other works) so is noisy and a little untidy. The bathrooms are not very clean - there is mould and soap scum build up. The toilet seat in our bathroom was the wrong size so will shift when used (and give you a shock). If you have your own transport then the next issue does not arise. If you need a taxi you need to book in advance (the day before). There is a new shopping centre (Mydin) nearby and there are other shops within walking distance but the hotel is located some distance from the town centre.

Hygiene could be improved. Pay more attention to details. And i wonder y got grilling sound at 3am?

Check in is acceptable. The room cleanliness is unacceptable. Room has foul smell and dusty. The bathroom was not properly cleaned.
