This was most likely one of worst hostels/guesthouses I have stayed in since I travel in Asia... and that must be at least more than hundred.
The staff was totally bored when I arrive. He was close to ignore me. No welcome, no nothing. The room was totally scuffed and done without any passion. I do not wanna talk about the mattress and cleanness. Left to another hostel... absolutely the opposite (clean, freindly, helpful and designed with love. So better check twice before booking. This place was not worth the time and money. There are much better place to stay for the same amout.
Expedia... please consider to remove this guesthouse from your portfolio as service, cleanness and room standard will not satisfy travellers anymore. Maybe the guesthouse had have better times, but they did not do anything over year and so it's only a disappointment.

On the date of your stay we have the new staff that didn't do the right service for you and now we've already hired a new staff.
