Good but not excellent

It was good, but not excellent. The cleaning team was not replacing soaps and towels. we had to ask them to supply towel.

Google indicated as 3-Star Hotel but turns out to be 1 -Star. Very disappointed.

The hotel is located in the Mall and the Property is located near to the airport. Please do not expect a fancy breakfast. There are a lot of nearby options as well. Only one thing to complain about, I felt like the bed was super old and bumpy. Each time I turn around I can hear the spring sound working hard to support my weight. The staff was not friendly and welcoming but the check-in was smooth.

Advantages 1. Staff - Helpfull 2. Location - Connected with the 1Borneo shopping mall - Easy for food hunting 3. Room Facilities - 2 bottle of mineral water - 1 Safety box - water heater well function - Aircond and fan well function - mirror size super big - 1pc small fodlable table Disadvantages 1. Location - No parking reserve by the property to guest. 2. Room Facilities - No Tumbler nor glass - No mini bar/fridge - No chair - No iron & iron board - No drawer/wardrobe - Poor line connection esp Celcom - No TV channel - No telephone - Visible stain on the Cover/ bedsheets - Small room size

Bad experience with Tune Hotel 1Borneo

Booked and pay for window room and queen bed but was given non window room and a double bed room. And not only that, was given untidy room! The room given still dirty and and I have to call the counter and wait. 45 minutes later they asked me to shift to new room. And still it is not a window room and a double bed room. You need to improve a lot Tune Hotel 1Borneo!
