Spa hotel with lovely treatments

A wonderful spa hotel with treatments that were professionally performed. Lovely! A minus: the hotel doesn't sell alcohol. I prefer a glass of wine to my food when on vacation.

We came to rest after my daughter’s wedding and this resort was so beautiful and the staff are amazing, always smiling and nothing is too much trouble, thanks for a memorable week

Aweful laundry service with only 50% refund

Great place to relax, swim a little and enjoy decent spa. However, please refrain to use the laundry service of you have clothes requiring special attention (e.g. Dry cleaning only). We used the laundry service to wash our hand-tailored Kurta's, some western dresses, and a T-Shirt. They completely destroyed the Kurtas, shrunk them to the point of no use, AND recoloured all the clothes from White to Green with dark green stains. All because they put all the clothes into the same washing machine with zero regard to our note specifying there were dry-clean pieces in a different laundry bag. Result was only a 50% refund of the value of the brand new clothes "because they understood it was their fault".

Dear Brian,At the outset let us thank you for patronizing our resort during your recent visit to Kerala. We humbly accept your feedback with all honesty. As we have no in house laundry, we usually sends it outside. It was the mistake of the outsourced laundry, however we take the responsibility. As a contractual practice, they paid only 50% of the claim, and we had to accept it.We understand the value of our guest happiness and will certainly take utmost care in this area.We are happy that you enjoyed the stay otherwise.Once again thank you for your feedback and hope to see you again.Thanks & Regards,Shaji NairGeneral Manager
