Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. The AC/heater is as noisy as a vacuum machine near your head. The door cannot be tightly closed, so wind can blow inside of the room. The wifi signal is nearly zero, although they told you it is 100M. The attitude of the staff is also horrible. They will yell at you when you request things.

I understand your frustration because you didn’t get your refund. You’re the first customer at our property had bunch of issues. 1000’s of customers staying in that room never got complaints from anyone looks like you expected a frenchaaizi service at the low-budget independent hotel do yourself a favor that before you book a hotel make sure it’s a franchise hotel and explore the place so you can show your attitude to them. That’s your fault that you didn’t cancel your reservation after we told you if not canceled we don’t do refund still you didn’t cancel it. And next day you asking for a refund also about the heater it wasn’t that type of noice like you described also you needed to change your devices because it’s out dated like you I checked signal for the wifi it’s working perfect and full signal after closing the room door. You need room heated within a few minutes in this 50’s temperature that doesn’t happens anywhere we told you it’ll at least take 30 to 50 minutes. So don’t make a story.

Clean, recently updated rooms. $20 cash deposit was returned as soon as desk clerk checked my room immediately after I checked out. Would be nice to have a lamp or light in between the two beds.

The owners are very nice people that take their property management and cleanliness very seriously. Would stay again if I’m in the area for sure.

Never again
Publié le 14 nov. 2021 sur HotelsOverall the site was okay. Some strange vibes. As an example the rules said no visitors allowed. What business is it of theirs if my sister were to stop by our room? Funky smell from microwave when opened the door. We just didn't use it. We requested 2 extra pillows and were told no. The air condition made a high pitched whine all night and the room was cold. We did not dare request extra blankets. A strict one pillow per guest limit. I have never headr of it until this place. Though we had 4 people there were only 2 towel sets. We didnt dare ask for more. No Kleenex in the room. Failed to locate bar soap or any other standard toiletry items. Toilet barely flushed. You had to really lean into it.

I know since you checked in you had a too much excuses
and also you're resist. you read policies before check in and agreed with it. also you checked the room before you check inn and you liked the room and all. now you got tons of complaints. thanks to you god bless you.

Satisfied but not really relaxing

I was confused by the fact that our room had a kitchenette but there was a sign in the room say no cooking inside the room.... Also, I felt it was a little extreme and made me so what uncomfortable to see them exam my dirty towels when I exchanged them for a clean set. It had rained earlier in the day and I wiped up a little mud tracked on the carpet so there was a little dirt on one of the towels resulting in them telling me not to wipe anything up with the towels. I have never had anyone exam my dirty towels and would prefer not to experience that again.... I will admit that I did feel like I was walking on eggshells trying to follow the rules ...

Thank you for your feedback. Extremely sorry for the bad experience but upon the check-inn we already told to read the policy it’s a common sense that towels are use for your body it’s not a rags that you wipe your muddy shoes or dirty carpet you’re lucky that we didn’t charge you for that to make it stained my towels. It’s already mentioned in our policy after read it you made that intentionally and you didn’t ask for the kitchenette room if you wanted to use it let us know with extra charges even you stuck my toilet intentionally. So don’t be over excuse first be nice and clean after you expect from others. Thanks anyway. God bless you.
