Super hôtel, tres propre, nettoyer tous les jours, comme le changement des serviettes. Bon, j'avais choisis cet hotel pour la salle de sport mais elle est petite et a la vue de tout le monde, et c'est le materiel minimum. Sinon personnel de service tres agreable, surtout la femme de chambre de mon etage.

Nice n clean,service good,convenient area,free bun n muffins in the morning n free coffee all days, I love their patio lunge, I can relax there or do my work for hours. I love the mate who did the cleaning for my room her service is goo,my room is on 9th floor,thank you.

It started at my check in. the receptionist told me because Expedia didnt pay them, so if I wanted to stay, I had to pay for myself. I was stunned, I have never experienced that with Expedia. The guy and the guy next to him, their attitude was so so bad, rude and unprofessional. Made me feel humiliated. And he also said this was not the first time, happened a lot with Expedia, Agoda etc... There was nothing they could do. I had to pay to get a room. Even though that was corrected an hour later or so... but again no explanation on what had happened. If that was fault on Expedia or the hotel?? If according to that guy, they couldnt and wouldnt contact Expedia, how did they find out Expedia pay them later? More ridiculous thing to come, the next day, we checked out at 11:00am, and went back to the hotel to get our luggage at around 3:00pm. We asked if we could use their washroom, and the receptionist told us "No", because the drain was broken. I hope Expedia can blacklist this hotel... I swear I will not stay at this hotel again!!

Reasonable price, nice n clean, enough space for two ,convenience area. Free coffee n free muffins in the morning.

宿泊費が高い香港の中で、この値段でバストイレ別、綺麗で広い部屋に感動しました。 高層階の角部屋、アメニティあり(パジャマはない)、人の出入りは聞こえますが隣の部屋の音はしません。 モンコック駅とオリンピック駅のどちらもアクセス可能で、また泊まりたいです。
