Disappointed
Publié le 21 août 2024 sur HotelsThe shower area is not efficient, wonder why not making a complete glass door or curtain to fully avoid the floor outside getting wet, it made us felt not relaxed while having shower....
The view was hardly a sea view as described at the website, blocked by many tall buildings at close distance.
Beds were relatively small for a twin room type.
Coffee making machine couldn't stop automatically whenever making lungo cup..and the water filter boiling machine was not in good condition, difficult to pour in water, just could not get it detach easily..
Having chairs for guests right in front of the lifts area at the lobby may not be good, because that space is too small... there were full of people there when we checked in, we felt very congested and being blocked by people gathering there from walking through.

超好的酒店
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur Hotels這間酒店無論服務,房間質素都好好,係六星級嘅level!酒店職員熱心幫助客人,房內設施非常新淨和先進,用品也很好用,例如牙刷的刷毛是比較柔軟的那種,和其他酒店的不一樣。總而言之,這間酒店真的超讚!

Overall great hotel. The rooms are new and clean. The lobby is extremely small so you have to go through people to get to the elevators (not really convenient if you have lots of luggage). Staff and cleaning staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The area around the hotel can be quite seedy at night. Despite, these small issues we would stay again as a layover.

Nice hotel, rubbish breakfast
Publié le 12 mai 2024 sur HotelsStayed for 1 night in a room with harbour view. Nicely decorated, modern room with great view of Victoria harbour. The rooms have nice touches such as a coffee machine and a water filter machine (instead of using plastic bottled water). Shower was excellent. Staff at reception were nice and keen to help. However, the breakfast was a shambles and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel because of this. The breakfast is made to order, however the staff were poorly organised and got both our order and other tables order wrong. It took 20 minutes for us to get a coffee and almost an hour to get our food (despite it only being half-full). However, when it did arrive, my partners order was half-missing. As we had a flight to catch and with other tables having similar issues we had to leave before getting the rest. The food was also of average quality and certainly not 5* and not a patch on other similarly priced chains such as Shangri-La. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
