Bien mais peut mieux faire

Bon hotel, mais nous avons eu la mauvaise suprise apres avoir demandé un upgrade au continental club d etre au 17eme etage avec un étage d'escaliers et 50 metres a marcher depuis l'ascenceur. La chambre etait un peu vieillotte notamment la salle de bains. Hotel du meme groupe aue le Gateway qui est d un niveau superieur et mieux placé plus pret du port avec vue...

Emplacement : Très bien placé. A quelques minutes du métro et des bus. Commerces et restaurants à proximité.
Hotel bien situé. L'accueil et le service sont impeccables. Les chambres sont très agréables.

I enjoyed my stay because of the location, comfort and excellent service. The room offers lots of storage spaces. The bathroom was spacious. The housekeeping team, receptionists, in-room dining team, and bellboys were very professional, polite, and friendly. The services that they delivered were efficient and exceptional! This hotel is conveniently located in Tsim Sha Tsiu and it connected to Harbour City (one of the best malls) and close to shopping, restaurants, groceries, and public transportation. The team was able to solve the issue in a timely manner. One night, I smelled smoke, so I called the Guest Service. They sent someone to do investigation immediately and found out the guest next to my room was smoking cigarettes with his door opened. They gave this guest a warning, as this was a non-smoking property. The customer service rep gave me a follow-up call and kept me updated with the situation, apologized for this happening, and thanked me for reporting. I was very grateful for how efficient and professional the team handled this. I highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay there next time when I visit Hong Kong!

Very close to public transport, shopping and local restaurants. Room was a bit dusty and bathroom smelled a little
