Hotel is very nice, good service.
My rooo was really noisy so I ask to change. It took about 40 minutes but they made it without a problem. Service is very good

The hotel room is cozy and classical. Patrick the reception manager is very nice and friendly in attitudes, giving us lots of recommendations in food and gave us a bear for anniversary gift. There are complimentary heart-shaped velvet cheese cake two days in a role. Chinese opera theatre and harbour city are walking distance. Taxis are easy to get. Very convenient location.

5-Star Stay
Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HotelsWe had a wonderful stay at The Langham. Our room was on one of the renovated floors, it was very comfortable and extremely spacious by Hong Kong standards.
The staff are very warm and friendly and provided 5-star hospitality and service.
The location is extremely convenient, linked to the duty -free mall and around the corner from the subway and shops and restaurants.

The location is very convenient. During the hot summer days, it is just one cross of street before you enter the underground walking (then another 5 min walk to the metro station). Staff members at the breakfast buffet work very hard and efficiently to take care of all the guests. Wide selections for breakfast from made to order noodle soups with fish/beef balls, eggs, to congee, dim sums and all western style pastries.
Rooms are a bit old (considering the age of the hotel). But the style and deco are with decent taste. Housekeeping staff are very nice and attentive.
