Hotel de tres haut standing, personnel serviable, attentionné, le service 'club' est également de tres haut niveau ( nourriture variée et dense ) les chambres sont vraiment tres luxueuse
mais ce qui marque le plus, c est le tres grand professionnalisme du personnel
( et à tous niveaux )

Vue extraordinaire pour un hotel qui ne l'est pas
Publié le 10 avr. 2017 sur HotelsUne vue à couper le souffle, accès direct au centre commercial et au métro, mais les environs sont un gigantesque chantier donc pas de promenade autour de l'hôtel . Problème de service: fruits pourris dans la suite, pas même un caramel le soir sur l'oreiller, pas une seule prise électrique autre que le standard (britannique) de Hong Kong. Une chambre à 300 mètres d'altitude n'excuse pas l'absence d'attention...surtout à ce prix

Pour : everythings from the staff until the food and the view
Contre : nothings
Emplacement : located in the more convenient place to move by taxi or by MTR to any place in Hong Kong but noway by foot (road around too complicate)
one of the most beautiful hotel in Hong Kong located over the KOWLOON station minutes away from any places in the area, helpful and very nice staff, fantastic view from anywhere over the sea deliciuos restaurant amazing breakfast ......will be back as soon as possible

着いた際に預けたスーツケースが部屋に届いていない問題もあったが、伝えたらすぐに持ってきてもらえたし、友人の誕生日サプライズも準備されており良かった。
ただ、1番良かったのはホテル全体の雰囲気で流石だなぁと思いながら過ごさせてもらいました
