Great hotel

Only downside would be the vert few options for room service and the opening hours 10pm a bit early and shower head was slow

Hôtel parfait pour être au cœur de Cracovie
Publié le 19 mai 2023 sur HotelsExcellent hôtel au cœur du quartier juif qui est le quartier avec le plus de charme de la ville. Parking au top en souterrain, petit déjeuner excellent, calme, restaurant génial le soir avec un serveur très sympathique et professionnel. Rien à redire, j’ai fait plusieurs hôtels à Cracovie et certains réputés plus haut de gamme mais je me suis senti nettement mieux ici.

Quiet hotel off the beaten track but with easy access to the Jewish quarter and only 20 min walk to the main Old Town attractions. Nicely appointed, very clean and very friendly and helpful staff

Terrible service

After a long day of sightseeing I returned to the hotel and wanted to have a drink in the bar. The lobby was full of people for some kind of event which eventually moved downstairs. The problem is there is no door to seal off the noise. I started my drink and then some guy using a large speaker ended up talking for a long time and it was very loud. This was not going to allow me to relax. The noise was too much. I went to the reception to say that it was impossible to have a quiet drink at a bar with all this noise and she just stared at me without even saying a word. I told her that i will leave the hotel for my drinks. Again, not one word spoken, just a blank stare. It was incredible. The hotel should have a separate space with a door for these kinds of events so that guests can have a drink in the evening without being surrounded by a party and its noise. We should also be able to mention this to your staff and get a response. I also asked for green tea one evening. It was brought to my room but one one packet. I was saying 2 nights. Why aren't a couple different types of tea already in the room? The last he could have done was brought 2 of them. So, the service here is terrible! Finally, you need to put labels on the food for breakfast. Your staff doesn't even know what some items were!
