People in my room already!!!

I got my key and opened the room to find it already occupied by a man and woman. I couldn’t believe it, my colleague more or less had the same. I complained at reception and may as well have been met by a robot who offered us free breakfast. Unbelievable, then as a silver member with hotels.com I tried to talk to someone to get a refund and leave as the lady at reception point blank refused. Between the hotel and hotels.com there was not much difference. Rubbish service. They would have both had AI if they could the penny pinchers. No manager on site which I am sure breaches health and safety. No clue or idea these kids had at reception. Clueless and lost when it came to an issue…we are doomed.

I would like to rate this hotel higher than average (***), which I did. However, there was a strange issue which I have never experienced before. The power in my room was turning off every ~10 minutes. To get it back, I had to open and close the door to the hall and then to wave my arms vigorously in front of the motion sensor. As you may imagine, it was difficult to watch TV under such conditions, and my laptop and cell phone were not charging properly. I did complain, but this has not improved during my 5 days stay.

Die 1ste Dame an der Rezeption war unfreundlich da wir um 14 Uhr ein checken wollten (wir hatten eine 12 std Fahrt hinter uns ) . Jedoch waren die Zimmer erst ab 15 Uhr frei . Dies erfuhren wir erst vor Ort von der unhöflichen Dame . Nun kamen wir 1 std später an empfing uns eine andere sehr nette Dame die uns dann zeigt wo unser Zimmer ist . Wir hatte trotzdessen eine sehr tolle Unterkunft und war zufrieden

Quiet, clean, and comfortable

Hotel was very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with an enormous selection of different foods.

Great hotel location ideal for trams etc easy access to town, staff very helpful and food good all in all would recommend to others
