The location was excellent . Didn’t like the constant bombardment from the company about arrival and departure times. Flat was in a block which was security monitored and getting food deliveries was difficult . Discovered an insect on my pillow on the last night of our stay .

Great stay!

Great apartment! It was right in the Old town - perfect location. The front desk was super helpful even after the working hours. The check in instructions were super helpful and in general we had a great stay. The only reservation was the smell in the bathroom, which might have been the cause of the building where the apartment was located itself.

Great location, very near the main square with lots of Amentiies. Very close to Bunny cafe and local little shops nearby. Spacious apartment with dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, washing machine etc.. everything you need for a short break! Staff very helpful, the reception was in a different building to our apartment but apartment was close so didn’t cause any problems. Krakow is beautiful 💕

The Fragola Apartment was very conveniently located near the Krakow Old Town Square and most of the places we wanted to see and visit. It was clean and comfortable and easy to access with the key codes that were delivered in a timely manner. The sofa makes out into a bed, but there were no linens for it.

If you want the freedom that a hotel does not offer then choose Fragola. The property was immaculate, the support is first class and the location is unbeatable - right in the centre of the beautiful old town centre 150 yards from a plethora of excellent eating establishments. Plus, if you want to arrange visits to local sites the Fragola staff will do it for you. Overall, this was the best city break I've ever had and I've had quite a few.

Very good place to stay

The apartment was really nice and very clean. Great location too, tram stops outside and nearby convenience stores too. 7 min walk to the main square. Only downside, no instructions on how to use the oven grill (couldn’t identify the model so to Google instructions) and the WiFi was not working in the apartment. Although apart from that I would recommend Fragola. The apartment was perfect. The team were friendly in the Fragola office.

Woman called me at 8 AM in the morning asking when I am checking in and would not let me get a word in kept on rambling and when I tried to speak, kept cutting me off I didn’t even stay didn’t ask for a refund nothing just wanted to be done with it. I went and stayed at the Hilton, that is absolutely amazing

Fabulous apartment! Very modern and clean. Close to everything and walkable to shops and restaurants. Balcony was wonderful each morning and evening.
