I truly enjoyed staying at the hotel - it was such a treat… incredible design, so clean, very quiet - felt like there was nobody around… breakfast and dinner were beyond any reasonable expectations…

This Hotel was very clean and modern, the staff polite and helpful. Very nice water dispenser for water and bubbly water in the hallways. Breakfast was good, the only problem we found was changing the temperature in the room, it was approximately 22C and the thermostat did little to change the temperature. Overall though we where very satisfied and would stay there again.

Brilliant
Situated in a quiet street in central Krakow, minutes from the main square, it was great from start to finish. We always worry about the noise coming from outside but this hotel was very peaceful. In addition it was clean, comfortable and had really fantastic food. 10/10.

The hotel was very central and there was restaurants and shops nearby The hotel in general was clean as a whole but the rooms were clean to look at but very dusty and didn’t look to be as clean or polished if you look further into the room

Beautiful Krakow shirt break
Beautiful hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Food was gorgeous, hotel was spotless, beds were sooooo comfortable and it was perfectly situated for the old town, castle and Jewish quarter. Also there was no noise from outside the hotel as it is not on the tram route. Perfect break.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location. Staff very helpful. It didn’t have a very nice view from my room, just a wall. Only two problems - asked if I could have decaffeinated coffee or tea in my room and they said it wasn’t available. Secondly Breakfast items weren’t refilled and buffet area was very crowded.
