The hotel was clean and the staff were pleasant. We had a problem with the toilet not flushing and it was fixed as soon as I reported it. We paid for breakfast one morning as we had an early start and it was good. The hotel is in a good location to walk to the main square where there are many restaurants and bars. I would stay in this hotel again if I returned to Krakow.

The Holiday Inn at Krakow is on par with the top hotels in the area. The room we stayed in, was larger than some others, we have stayed in. We visit Krakow regularly and it's position is ideal for the town square and pick up points for tours. We will stay again. We had a meal and this was top quality. The breakfast was the best we have ever had, every choice was available

This was a good location and clean and beautiful hotel. It seems newly renovated. We left some clothes in one of our rooms and have had difficulty getting them sent to us in the US. The staff at this facility said we were responsible for finding a device to package and pick up our items. Federal express said they could send a label but they cannot package the items. I called the general Holiday Inn customer service and they are helping with this situation. Hopefully we get our clothes. It was very surprising that the hotel would not take care of this for their guests.
