Avis Scenic Apartment in Krispl Salzburg with Swimming Pool

Nice apartment in a lovely little village in the mountains outside of Salzburg. Perfect weather, much cooler in the mountains than down in Salzburg in July! Very quiet small village of maybe a few dozen people but only minutes away from Hallein and Salzburg. Hiking trails everywhere around the village. They even have a built in alarm to make sure you don’t oversleep and miss anything! Every morning at exactly 6:00 am, and for some reason only at 6:00 am, the local church that is about 100 meters from the hotel rings its bell for a good five minutes. Not the innkeeper’s fault, unless he is also the parish priest. Closest grocery or restaurants are in Hallein, about 12 km away and they even have a quite good Mexican (I know, right?) restaurant there! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again, this time with earplugs.

Wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer gebucht. Wir haben jedoch nur eine Wohnung mit 1 Schlafzimmer und einer Klappcouch im Wohnzimmer erhalten. Die Wohnung war für 4 Erwachsene viel zu klein. Bett und Schlafcouch waren sehr unbequem.

Der Aufenthalt gefiel: saubere, gut ausgestattete und neuwertig eingerichtete Wohnung. Ungünstig ist, dass man an Ruhetagen des Krispl-Wirts eine relativ weite Strecke zu einem geöffneten Gasthaus zurücklegen muss.
