Nestled in the picturesque landscape, surrounded by the slopes of the Ucka Mountains and the green meadows of the former Cepic Lake, Villa Milena awaits you. The interior of the house combines traditional Istrian elements such as stone walls and a fireplace with modern, high-quality furniture. The villa is spacious and consists of three almost independent floors, all connected by internal stairs. From the outside, the ground floor is connected to the first floor and each has a separate entrance door. The spacious floors, one also equipped with a bathtub, and a cosy children's corner offer enough space for all guests, while the summer kitchen and gas barbecue round off the holiday perfectly. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy their daily workout in the fitness room.



Step outside, because you can completely relax in the fantastic garden, whether by the large swimming pool with optional heating or on the spacious terraces, where you can play billiards and table tennis or simply enjoy the view.



The region around Purgarija Cepic attracts visitors with its diverse nature and historical treasures. Explore the impressive hiking and cycling trails of the Ucka Mountains or visit the charming old towns of Plomin and Labin. A trip to Rabac promises crystal-clear water and beautiful beaches. Local wineries also offer tastings, while Opatija, the cradle of Croatian tourism, is just a short drive away. This peaceful setting is perfect for refreshing body and mind.
