First room had small roaches in it. They changed us to another room that had a crack in the wall emitting a foul smell. They claimed they had just renovated but I think they need to inspect their rooms better.

Deluxe room size is great can fit extra bed. However the mattress condition is not firm on both extra and king size mattress. Please check mattress condition as is sink in making uncomfortable to sleep on it. Other than this all acceptable. Tv program is boring.

The room size is very comfortable for our family of 3 but however on the night we stayed in the hotel, the room we were given had a faulty air-conditioning so we had to change rooms. The process of changing the room was a little lacking but overall we are happy with our stay. It's a great location, it links directly to Midvalley Megamall, lots of shopping and eating options available there.
