Great hotel right in the heart of KL near the twin towers. Staff were so kind, they even let me do a late checkout than I even asked. There were some confusions at the check out but they were quick enough to fix it. Cleaning staff were superb. Weather was a bit bad but this hotel stay made it better. I hated that the area OUTSIDE this beautiful hotel was dirty. Hence why my stay at this hotel made it very special, even though they were doing some constructions in the pool area. Breakfast was wonderful and fun to try all kinds of southeast Asian cuisine in addition to western items. They take safety seriously too. There was always someone including security in front of the hotel. I’d say their night staff outside could be nicer. I wish I were able to do their Sunday brunch which looked amazing! Thank you for making my first trip to KL extra special!

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Only criticism Sunday buffet lunch at le MIDI. Fish had been frozen but full of water ( disappointing) - most of the other food should have been served warm but was cold. Only apologies offered!

The cleanest kindest most helpful staff in the world you will love this hotel spacious rooms Faisal at the front desk was instantly thoughtful of our late arrival and automatically gave us a late check out time which helped a lot gave us directions superb experience.

Brand new one so the hotel condition was good. Location was also convenient and early check-in was available too. Just to mention coffee shop (or bar) is overpriced for what they serve.

A wonderful hotel
A wonderful stay at a new hotel. The rooms were super clean, airy and had a great view. The breakfasts were tasty and varied. Nothing was too much trouble to cook fresh items for you. The pool is also worth visiting for a dip and a relax. The staff certainly made the experience. They were all friendly and helpful. The concierge organised our tickets for the towers and I was offered a few hours late check out for no extra fee. The hotel is only a 5/10min walk from Petronas towers. The restaurant 1919 opposite is very good too.
