Excellent hôtel, propre, et très bien placé. Possibilité de faire à pied les tours jumelles et le centre-ville. Le personnel est très serviable et disponible.

Excellent, well worth the price

Excellent hotel overall. I stayed one week for business and a couple days off and I greatly enjoyed my stay. The personnel is top notch. The restaurant is really good, the breakfast has a very large selection and it caters to people like me who like pastries and biscuits etc. in the morning. The room is large and the bed is excellent. Most of the power outlets include 2 USB A ports although they don't seem to be more than 5 W. The gym is quite large and there's everything you may need. The swimming pool on the 29th floor has a great view and is quite long. Maybe not 25 meters (probably more like 18-20) but enough if you want to exercise. The only *minor* annoyances are: - the bathroom does not have a towel hanger close to the shower (ideally just outside the door) so I ended up keeping the towel across the shower door - my room was right behind the lifts so you can hear their noise (not loud), but luckily I always travel with earplugs - the room doors do not have any sort of dampening or joint so when they close you can hear the wood against wood harsh noise. Again, just minor annoyances which would not prevent me to come back to the EQ Plaza on my next business trip.

Super hôtel et service! Par contre si vous voulez accéder au bar sur le roof top pensez à réserver avant (on ne l’a pas fait et c’était complet le jour de notre venue)

Magnifique hôtel sur KL

Hôtel plutôt bien situé (-10min de Pavilion Mall et des Petronas). La chambre est confortable et le restaurant sert dans l'ensemble un assez bon pdj (mais pas de jus de fruit frais !). Mention spéciale à l'accès gratuit au sauna/Hammam/Jaccuzi : un régal ! Je trouves cela dommage que l'accès est restreint au moins de 14 ans, ce n'est pas le cas dans d'autres hôtels ... mais sinon dans l'ensemble bon hôtel sur KL, je pourrais y séjourner à nouveau lors de mon prochain passage en ville.
