Room was a bit tired and in need of refurbishment. Bathroom all the fittings were either loose or had been bodged back into place. Food was terrible, chicken shawarma wrap had virtually no chicken, definitely wasn’t shawarma and was just filled with veg and a weird sauce. Didn’t eat there again. Note this isn’t a holiday hotel it’s more for business but is well located for the towers

Hotel is well appointed in the heart of KL city. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Food was average and repetitive. If you enjoy local food andvariety skip the breakfast buffet and visit a local kopitiam.

The property itself is excellent, very well managed and maintained. Very polite and accommodating staff. Special shoutout to Shahidullah our room attendant, for being so attentive to our needs, and he was very thorough with cleaning and room upkeep, and always had a big smile. Stayed for one night at Elements as we arrived into KL. Hotel was clean and modern with friendly staff. Room was excellent, spacious, tidy and good amenities. Would definitely stay again when coming to KL. Location very good, we enjoyed going to the urban dining nearby.
