Scam property... i want money back

This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. I want my money back. I am a gold member of hotel.com, first time i am experiencing this. Utterly disappointed. Pls call me. I was waiting at call center for more than 1 hr and line was cut and no one return my call. I am consider to move my booking somewhere else. Call me at +65 80280056

Dear sir Regarding your booking we provide a room put we cant reach your number you provide at booking. We do our work with expedia not hotel.com And we provide our number too.I think there is missing information at hotel.com site not from our property.This is our contact number. 0169961535Hope to solve your issue with hotel.com the property arrange the room but no one contact.Even though if you come and there is no room hotel.com suppose to call the property and request to relocation.We are not scam we are genuine.Thank you

Good location. Room condition is little rundown. Though indicated as non-smoking room, definitely the smoking smell is there.

1st - there are no highlighted before i go must contact them... i carry my luggage to look for help... from east to west tower upstairs to downstairs 2nd - the floor mat is dirty, the floor is dust... 3rd - the worst the kitten very dirty...

Contre : Sofa can be renewed.
Emplacement : food and shopping
Have to call in advance for staff to meet you at the entrance lobby to pick up your room key. Staff response was good, eventhough we checked out at 6.15am, they answered our call and came to pick up the room key from us. Need to place a deposit of Rm200 per card key.

No front desk, sublease room from main building. F

Felt like second class people. No front desk. Men who operated Garden what ever were hush hush about us. Looked at reservation suspiciously. Awesome city, staff good but no front desk for Garden suites, REALLY
