located in downtown KulaLampoor, convenient for everythig.The breakfast was good, dining room was clean and the food had variety. I liked the Late coffee & I had 3 cups everyday. We could order the dinner menu and they prepared it soon. The service desk was very helpful, our room phone was inoperative, but the service desk person came up to our room and woke us up in time for the taxi. I recommend anyone to stay at this Holiday Inn. Keep up the good work guys.

I did not like the room bathroom nor the front desk handling of my check in nor check out I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends, it was an cheap looking place but it should have been with the way the place is managed, compared to many other Holiday Inn Express we.ve stayed in this one should only hold a 1 or 2 star rating.

Holiday Inn Express Kuala Lumpur City Centre offers a decent stay, with a great location being its strongest point, as it's right in the heart of KL and near major attractions. The rooms are clean and functional, meeting basic needs, though they’re more on the simple side. One area for improvement is communication with the staff, particularly around checkout extension requests. There have been times when the response wasn’t as clear or timely as expected, which can be frustrating, especially if you’re on a tight schedule. Overall, it’s a solid choice if location is your main priority. However, if you’re looking for something with a higher level of service, this hotel might land closer to a 2-3-star experience.
