Stayed for 1 night. Overall it was okay except there was issue with the aircon. It took 30 nearly 1hr to send the electrician guy up to fix the issue. The toilet has no locks. So it's a little not toddler friendly cause they will just open the door while you're trying to shower or your toilets. Other than that, the room is cozy and nice.

The property and service was awesome. Only one thing that kinda annoyed me which was the water that leaked out of the shower. Other than that we give 5 star.

Everything was ok until the check in....the door was faulty and the manager told the staff to use force to push the door....all you cqn do is just offer a next room immediately? Can't you. Poor junior staff gotta just follow her leader's instruction? What hospitality is that?

The staff were friendly but it would be good if there could be at least one English speaking staff on duty at all times. The room was clean and neat but there was a baby cockroach seen running around the room. The toilet and facilities were well thought, except that there were no hooks or ledges to place our clothes when showering. Especially in a double bedded room, hooks or ledges should be made available in the shower area so that people can put on clothes in the shower area after showering.
