Horrible horrible horrible

Je ne sais par où commencer fuyez si vous devez passer par Putrajaya Tout l’hotel Est horrible et le pire là dedans c’est l’odeur nauséabonde des couloirs, la clim dans les chambres est totalement bouffée par l’humidité Je n’ai qu’un mot à dire horrible n’y allez surtout pas

Probleme double facturation

L hotel m a facturé deux fois le montant de la chambre (j'avais payé en ligne sur le site hotels.com ) et l'hotel m a reprelevé le montant au check out. A ce jour je n'ai recu aucun rcemboursement de l'hotel, malgré de nombreuses demandes (courrier , telephone) .Cela fait bientot 3 mois!!! et l hotel n a jamais répondu à ma demande. Evidemment pour ces raison scitées plus haut je recommande de ne pas séjourner dans cet hotel.

The hotel is very convenient linked to IOI city mall where the shopping and eateries are. Check in staff is a little slow. But the room is clean and space is just nice for 2 persons.

Clean and accommodating

Great staff! There was a rude guest who was trying to cut in line even though I was already trying to talk to the receptionist. The staff politely called out the rude person. She perfectly handled the situation.

Good Hotel for business

Working is going on during the day . you can smell the paint strongly from your room . It is near from one of the biggest mall in malaysia IOI mall .

"Shirt and Pant" held "Ransom"

TESTIMONIAL: Staying at a reputed 5-star hotel like Marriott, I anticipated top-notch service and convenience. Imagine my surprise when I sent my shirt and trousers for pressing on a Sunday evening, only to discover they weren't in my room by 9 pm the next day. When I contacted housekeeping, I was informed that to retrieve my clothes, I needed to pay the pressing fee at the reception first. This practice was a novel experience for me, especially given my regular stays at Marriott properties. Having to hunt down a duty manager to express my frustration and disappointment added to an already perplexing situation. Eventually, I paid what was merely a fraction of the cost of the garments themselves to claim them back. The irony was not lost on me—this policy felt more like a hastily thought-out inconvenience than a customer-focused service, especially from an esteemed 5-star establishment. It's worth noting that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, perhaps in desperate need, as it looked quite jaded last year. While a facelift might address the aesthetics, it's the little things, like a cumbersome and baffling laundry policy, that can significantly impact guests' experiences. Here's hoping ( staying there again next month - now i have doubts ) the renovations bring a renewed focus on customer service excellence along with a fresh coat of paint.

The only comment from my side is there was one machine running all day 24 hours which was disturbing at the pool side and the noise reach to the room and Restoraent is too busy in the morning and people waiting in line to have their breakfast. Rest all perfect. Thanks
